We are excited to share that our latest research paper, titled Everything Robots Need to Know About Cooking Actions: Creating Actionable Knowledge Graphs to Support Robotic Meal Preparation, has been accepted for publication in the prestigious journal Frontiers in Robotics and AI.
This work represents a significant step forward in the field of robotic manipulation and knowledge representation. By developing actionable knowledge graphs tailored to cooking-related tasks, our research contributes to enabling autonomous systems to better understand and execute complex meal preparation activities, a critical frontier in service robotics.
The paper is co-authored by Kümpel, M., Scheibl, M., Töberg, J.-P., Hassouna, V., Cimiano, P., Wrede, B., and Beetz, M., and is scheduled to appear in Frontiers in Robotics and AI in 2025.
We are proud to be advancing the capabilities of intelligent robotic systems and look forward to seeing how this contribution will support further developments in the intersection of AI, robotics, and everyday human environments.
